Heather Cetrangolo - Change Agent, Systems Change Thinker, Wounded Healer (Priest)

Because nobody and no situation is ever too far gone.

Heather is a Change Agent who has always run to the ‘too hard’ places, where there are few resources, broken trust and change feels impossible.

This is where she likes to play.

Corresponding to her name, she is a person who can flourish in harsh conditions. Having grown up in such an environment, her journey started at the micro level, finding renewal in her own identity and self-understandings. From here she was drawn to working in communities that felt broken, underesourced, struggling to work out their meso-identity in the face of institutional failure or decline.

She is now stepping into leading change at the macro-level, where whole systems and societies feel too far gone in the wake of climate change, and generations of social inequality.

Having spent twenty years developing this kind of leadership in legal practice, community development, education and as an Anglican priest, Heather has now designed an evidence-based pedagogy to share with leaders from all sectors with a secular framework that is accessible to people of all faiths and none. She calls it Systemic Renewal.

Heather has studied law, theology, education and leadership, and is now completing her PhD developing a pedagogy for change.

You can book Heather to speak at an event, or work with your team to fine tune your narratives.

She is in the process of developing a business called the College of Renewal, to launch in 2024, so watch this space.
