These are the photos I took for M&C photography project, in which we chose a professional photographer and recreated their works. Me and my partner chose Erin Sullivan, whose miniature photographs and travel series is famous on social media such as TikTok and Instagram.
Photo1: Mount fuji and tunnel Inspired by Erin's photo that uses tent to frame mountain in distance, I took this photo. I substituted tunnel for tent because the centripetal lines enhance the effect of using an object as a frame and set more focus on the mountain.
Photo2: Miniature Galaxy Using paper with many tiny holes and miniature car, I recreated Erin's photo. I think I succeeded in setting focal point to the car and blur the lights behind it, making them actually look like stars.
