Today is Day 35 of Fitness, and my weight is up from 60 kg to 70 kg. I want to talk about my recent thoughts. My original life was lying in bed every day and playing with my cell phone; look at TikTok, play computer games. Time has passed very quickly; I suddenly discovered that I got nothing done on this day. As if the times were worthless, I don't know how many times I gave up to develop a good habit. Some people say, when you do one thing for 10,000 hours, you will become an expert in this field; I would like to try it, too. Everything is hard to start: stretching daily, raising the dumbbells, high lifting the legs, boppy jumps.

These were very tiring. The sweat fell on the ground, the clothes became gradually wet, the breeze blowing, chilly, the muscles shuddered. Muscles, you know, it is hard, and even many days, you feel so powerless that you have no energy to do anything. That that may also be the reason for abandoning halfway. But I don't know which day you find a weight gain, a more muscle increase, and if this time you ask me what is happy, I will tell you that fitness is happiness. Progressing a little bit every day, stick to it, soon we will become different. Now fitness and basketball seem to become a part of my life, just like I formed a habit, every day I always arrive at the gym on time. I know many friends with shared hobbies insist, will I also give up again? I think no because these habits have been in your heart. Two months ago, I played basketball and hurt my ankle; it hurts, but sometimes I think it is worth it? But when my hand touched the basketball, no doubt about it, I still love it.
Hi Jay,,really enjoyed reading your article on fitness. Alike you I also find exercise "like happiness". It brings me positive emotions and a sense of control over my life. Now exercise is a habit for you can learn about "habit stacking"...joining another activities up with exercise so you can build other healthy and constructive activities...Keep up the Basketball.....whose your favourite team...mine are the Clippers :)
