We as people are constantly being forced to adapt to the unknown changes that could occur at any minute, whether we agree or disagree. This results in feeling as if our life is not going anywhere, as if each day is just a repetition of another. Nevertheless, it is also upon us to find the bright light at the end of what seems like a dark, endless tunnel.
Yes, of course, it is not easy.
Finding ‘enjoyable’ things to do while faced with restrictions is a challenge. Let alone by now, most of us have already run out of things to even do so. But we have to take a bigger step. Be creative. Find what inspires you—sitting on your study table all day doing work? That’s not enjoyable, move, get some energy.
