All of us seek and crave for love. At times, we feel weighed down by daily life, be it school, work, family or friends. In this pandemic, we’re cooped up at home, and so it isn’t a surprise that thoughts and emotions get to our head. We often wonder why we feel unloved and alone, looking back at what went wrong and what could go wrong.
But, how can one be loved without loving oneself?
Self love - A state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth.
It’s the hardest, most commonly overlooked type of love - because only you have the capability to change this.

So get up from your couch, stretch a little! (and here are some great ways to break into a smile)
